The installation of Rolls-Royce (Allison) 250-C20R engines, tail rotor blades, and tail boom strake to be done in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Inc. Installation Manual IM-PA-04-010-91-01, Issue 1, Approved December 17, 2004 and the Master Drawing List MDL-PA-04- 010-91-01, Issue 1, Approved December 17, 2004 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Operation must be in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Inc. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-PA-04-010-91-01, Issue 2, Transport Canada Approved December 17, 2004, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-PA-04- 010-05-01, Issue 3, Transport Canada accepted April 27, 2005 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
