Installation of a Spacedoor in accordance with Dart Aerospace, Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-D412-694, Rev. B, dated October 7, 2004 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness described in Dart Aerospace, Ltd. document ICA-D412-694, Rev. 1 dated January 27, 2005 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions are required for this installation.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
