Installation of a D212-722 avionics riser console in the cockpit as a replacement for the center console in accordance with Dart Aerospace, Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-D212-722, Rev. A, dated December 1, 2004 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. See attached AML for required documentation.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
