Part 27 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Installation of MX-15 Camera Installation (Structural Provisions only) in accordance with DECA Aviation Engineering Modification Summary MS02146, Revision 4 Transport Canada approved July 17, 2008 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

1. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness described in DECA Aviation Engineering Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA02146, Rev.2 Transport Canada accepted August 25, 2008, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions are required for this installation.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The following Placard must be installed in the cockpit, readily visible to the flight crew: “WITH WESCAM MX-15 SERIES CAMERAS INSTALLED: VNE = 126 KIAS - VFR OPERATIONS ONLY.”

4. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR02093NY, amended February 04, 2009, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

6. Operation must be in accordance with DECA Aviation Engineering Limited Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS02146, Revision 2 dated July 17, 2008, Transport Canada approved August 25, 2008, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
