1. Installation of a Honeywell Chadwick Model 15175 VXP System in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Installation drawing List IDL00892 Rev. A dated 11/21/2005 or later approved revision.

2. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Honeywell Chadwick Model 15175 VXP System Installation in Sikorsky S-76C (S/N Pre 760511) and S-76A (with STC SH568NE installed), Report No. IC00892 Rev. – dated November 18, 2005 or later approved revision is required for this modification.

1. This approval is valid for S-76C model helicopters serial number prior to serial number 760511 and S-76A model helicopters with STC SH568NE previously installed.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
