2. Honeywell Master Drawing List 159-08340-0001, revisi on -, dated 10/13/2010 or later FAA Approved revision.

1) The installation is limited to the EC135 P2, EC135 T2, EC135 P2+ and EC135 T2+ models.

2) Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Honeywell Chadwick Model 15175 VXP System Installed in Eurocopter Model EC135 P2, Report No. IC01152, revision -, dated 4/26/2006 or later FAA accepted revision or Honeywell Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document no. 18645, revision -, dated 8/18/2010 or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3) The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect on the airworthiness of the aircraft.

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this ce rtificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
