1. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Nose Wheel Advisory System, Report No. IC01010 Rev. C, dated May 19, 2006 or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.
2. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. FM01010 Rev. -, dated June 7, 2006 or later approved revision is required with this modification.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
