Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a system for the aerial dispensing of liquids in accordance with FAA-approved Simplex Master Drawing List, MDL 329, Revision “I/R” dated January 7, 2008, and Heavy Lift Helicopters Inc., FAA-approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 329 RFMS Revision “I/R” dated February 21, 2008, or later FAA-approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: Aircraft changes specified by Heavy Lift Helicopters Inc., service instructions HLH53-SI-6001 and HLH53-SI-7001 are required to complete this modification. The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
