1. Installation of Shelves (Station 643 and/or Station 520) in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Installation drawing List IDL01334 Rev. A dated 10/11/2007 or later FAA approved revision.
2. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Shelf (Station 643 and/or 520) installation on Sikorsky S-92A Aircraft, Report No. IC01334 Rev. A dated July 1, 2007 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
