Installation of replacement cables for the anticipator-governor in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopters Services Inc. Installation Manual No. IM-PA-04-015-91-01, Issue 1, Transport Canada approved January 09, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Installation must be in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopters Services Inc. Installation Manual No. IM-PA-04-015-91-01, Issue 1, Transport Canada approved January 09, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, No. ICA- PA-04-015-01, Issue 1, Transport Canada accepted January 31, 2005, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
