Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an Air Box Inspection Panel.
1. Installation is to be in accordance with ICE Design Co. Drawing Package Report No. ICE04040A-DP, Revision 1, dated February 1, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
2. Maintenance is to be in accordance with ICE Design Co. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, No.
ICE04040A-ICA, Revision 0, dated June 13, 2005 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
