1. To meet the requirements of CRF 29.601(a) and 29.1309(a) as they specifically apply to the lavatory installation, compliance consideration has been given to the following:

a. Hazard of a wet floor

b. Emergency operation of a locked lavatory door

c. Hazard of ice buildup in an overboard drain

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. Keystone Helicopter Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00845, Rev. -, dated 01/23/06 or later FAA approved revision is required.

4. The rotorcraft must be maintained in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness:

a. Configuration 1: IC00845 Rev. - dated 10/31/2005 or later FAA accepted revision

b. Configuration 2: IC00845.1 Rev A dated 10/01/2008 or later FAA accepted revision

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
