The determination of compatibility with modifications that emit or reflect light may require a re-evaluation by an FAA aircraft certification office. A copy of this certificate and the FAA-approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) FMS-S61004-6, Revision IR, approved November 1, 2012, or later FAA-approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
