1. Agusta Aerospace Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement as listed on AML No. SR02265NY is required for this installation.
2. Agusta Aerospace Corporation Instructions For Continued Airworthiness as listed on AML No. SR02265NY is required for this installation.
3. A copy of this Certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR02265NY, issued March 4, 2009 must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
