Install EAC, Inc. camera mount system in accordance with EAC, Inc. Master Drawing List, Master Drawing List EAC- 333-000-MDL, Rev. O., dated March 15, 2006, or later FAA-Approved Revision; and Installation Instructions EAC-333-000, Rev.
O, dated April 1, 2006, or later FAA-Approved Revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. EAC Helicopters, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement cited on 322-333-000-RFMS, Rev. O, dated March 24, 2006 or later FAA-Approved.
3. Rotorcraft modified pursuant to this ICA must be maintained in accordance with EAC, Inc Rotorcraft Instructions for Continued Airworthiness EAC-333-000-ICA, Original, dated April 08, 2005, or later FAA-Approved.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the user written evidence of that permission.
