1. The installation of Garmin GNS-530/GNS-530W with EFIS to be done in accordance with CHC Helicopters’ Master Drawing List CHS76-34-039 MDL, Revision B, dated December 20, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with CHC Helicopters’ Flight Manual Supplement FMS CHS76-34-039C, Revision B, dated December 14, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with CHC Helicopters’ Maintenance Manual Supplement CHS76-34-039C MMS, Revision B, dated November 30, 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
1. The GNS 530W must have the WAAS function disabled.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
