S-92A Description of Type Design Change: : Installation of Amfuel Internal Auxiliary Fuel System (IAFS) Completion Kit p/n 508617-2 in accordance with Master Drawing List # 508617-2, Edition 10, dated January 13, 2010, or later FAA approved revisions, or IAFS Completion Kit, p/n 508617-3 in accordance with Master Drawing List # 508617-3, Edition 11, dated September 23, 2010, or later FAA approved revisions. Aircraft shall be operated in accordance with FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document # TB480, Rev. A, dated March 23, 2011, or later FAA approved revisions. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) shall be maintained in accordance with FAA Approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Supplement, Document # TB479, Revision 1, dated September 29, 2010, or later FAA approved revisions.

The installation must be done concurrently with Aerazur-Zondiac Group STC No. SR02567NY, with S92A Avionics Management System (AMS) version No. 091-2527-007 (Sikorsky release 4.1) or later FAA approved revisions. Refer to the following Approved Configuration List for the limitations on Page 3:

This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other alterations are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other alterations will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified rotorcraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
