1. Cabin Crafters, Inc. Instructions For Continued Airworthiness Report No. ICA-A119-0823, revision 1, dated February 21, 2008 is required for this installation.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
