The installation of provisions for the installation of a tail fin antenna to be done in accordance with Terrapoint Canada Inc Modification Summary MS05149, Revision 3, Dated November 10, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Operation must be in accordance with Terrapoint Canada Inc Flight Manual Supplement FMS05149, Revision 1, dated October 18, 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Terrapoint Canada Inc Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA05149, Revision 3, dated October 16, 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. Your must get additional approval to install this equipment.
4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
