Installation of Life Raft Rack/Footrest must be in accordance with Vancouver Island Helicopters Ltd. Drawing # V206-090-MDL, Revision 2, dated February 28, 2006, Transport Canada approved March 8, 2006 or later Transport Canada approved revisions
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Vancouver Island Helicopters Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document #V206-210-MM, Revision 0 dated February 15, 2006, Transport Canada accepted March 7, 2006 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
2. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
