Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a SAGEM integrated cockpit display system and Crossbow attitude and heading reference system in accordance with Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services USA, Inc., Master Drawing List, HP 355-34-33-102, Rev. C, dated January 21, 2011, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The following Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) are required as part of this modification; Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services, Inc. STC’s SR02015NY, SR02281NY, and SR02082NY.

2) Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Doc. No. FMS HP 355-34-33-302, Rev. A, dated January 21, 2011, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this installation.

3) A rotorcraft modified in accordance with this STC is limited to VFR flight only.

4) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services USA, Inc., Doc. No. HP 355-34-33-251, Rev. Reissue, dated August 9, 2010, or later FAA accepted revisions are a required part of this modification.

5) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

6) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

7) The Certification Basis for this modification is:
