Limitations and Conditions: The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted helicopter models only. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Maintain in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report No. 326-102005-001 ICA, revision C, Dated May 4, 2011, or later FAA approved revisions.

Operate in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, No. 326-102003-001, Dated June 17, 2011, or later FAA approved revisions.

Fabrication in accordance with Simplex Master Drawing List MDL326-001, Revision E, dated March 27, 2012, or later FAA Approved Revisions.

Installation in accordance with Simplex Installation Manual No. 326-102002-002, Revision B, Dated March 26, 2012, or later FAA Approved Revisions.

Maintain in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report No. 326-102005-002 ICA, revision IR, Dated February 24, 2012, or later FAA approved revisions.
