Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a fixed mounted Max-Viz® Enhanced Vision System (EVS) Models 100/600 to include a sensor Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) with conformal housing, power supply, and a glareshield-mounted, dedicated display monitor in accordance with Master Drawing List Doc ument Number 20 0500, dated October 5, 2009, or later approved revision.

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS), original issue, dated August 8, 2009, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC.
