Installation of Heli-Utility Basket in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-D119-756, Revision D, dated May 07, 2006, Transport Canada approved May 07, 2008, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D119-756, Revision 1, dated May 07, 2008, or later Transport Canada accepted revision, is required for this installation.
2. Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-D119-756-1, Revision A, dated May 05, 2007, Transport Canada approved May 21, 2008 per MDL-D119-756 or later Transport Canada approved revision, is required for this installation.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
