2. Equivalent Level of Safety Finding has been made for the following regulation: 14 CFR §29.807(d)(2) at amendment 29-30 documented in ELOS Memo # N02096-C-1. ELOS Memo # N02096-C-1 is not applicable when TC Top Kit 92276-20049-011 (Left Side Hatch – Aft Sliding) is installed.

3. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. FM01228 Rev. 10 dated 12/23/2013 or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

4. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. FM01299 Rev. 1 dated 03/29/2008 (or later FAA approved revision) or Sikorsky Supplement No. 15 Rev – dated 6/03/2011 (or later FAA approved revision) is required when the Master Switch Panel (drawing 06092A40B002) is installed.

3. Equivalent Level of Safety Finding for 14 CFR §29.807(d)(2) at amendment 29-30 documented in ELOS Memo # N02096-C-1 requires Sikorsky Type Design approved or FAA approved life rafts stored external to the rotorcraft when over-water operation is conducted .

4. Equivalent Level of Safety Finding for 14 CFR §29.807(d)(2) at amendment 29-30 documented in ELOS Memo # N02096-C-1 is not required when drawing 10092B10V001 Rev A, dated 12/10/2010 (or later FAA approved revision) has been installed.

5. Equivalent Level of Safety Finding has been made for the following regulation: 14 CFR §29.803(a)(e) and

29.809(a) at amendment 29-30 and §29.813(c)(2) at amendment 29-12 documented in ELOS Memo # N02326-C1 for installation of Side Facing Utility Seats in front of emergency exits.

6. Previous issuances of this STC approved IDL01228. Top Kit Drawing 33792-51228 replaced IDL01228.

7. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

8. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
