1. Installation of a GKN Sliding Cabin Entry Door in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Installation drawing List IDL01270 Rev. B dated 04/17/2007 or later FAA approved revision.

2. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, GKN Sliding Cabin Entry Door / RH Sponson Modification Installation, Report No. IC01270 Rev. - dated September 18, 2006 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.

3. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. FM01270 Rev. - dated 04/20/2007 or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

1. Installation of Sikorsky AMS Software, Version 4.0 or later approved revision is required.

2. If extended over-water operations are intended, installation of FAA approved Jettisonable Cabin Window in the right -hand forward cabin window is required.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
