Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a Honeywell ASPIRE 200 Intermediate Gain (IG) SATCOM system in accordance with Master Drawing List (MDL) MOD-AW139ASPIRE200-5201, Revision C, dated December 13, 2016, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. Maintained in accordance with one of the following Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) documents, or later FAA-accepted revisions, as applicable: MOD-AW139ASPIRE200-7601, Revision E, dated November 9, 2016;
ICA MOD-AW139ASPIRE200-7602, Revision D, dated November 9, 2016; or ICA MOD-AW139ASPIRE200- 7610, Revision B, dated November 9, 2016. The MDL establishes the applicable ICA, depending on installation configuration. Operated in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) MOD-AW139ASPIRE200-7110, Revision A, FAA-approved December 16, 2016, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only.
This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this certificate, the applicable ICA, and the RFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
