Installation of the L-3 Communications NGT -9000/9000R ADS-B System in accordance with Lynx NGT -9000 and CP2500 Rotorcraft Installation Manual, L3-89-IM, Revision 0, dated December 2, 2015, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Installation requires prior FAA approved antenna installation for Global Positioning antenna, Universal Access Transceiver antenna and 1090 megahertz antenna.

4) Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement or Supplemental Flight Manuals, L3-89-RFMS1, Revision 0, dated February 16, 2016, is required to be carried on the rotorcraft as part of the installation of the NGT-9000 or, L3-89-RFMS2, Revision 0, dated February 16, 2016, is required to be carried on the rotorcraft as part of the installation of the NGT-9000R, or later FAA approved revisions.
