Installation of Diamond-J 61000-(103, 104) Power Turbine Inlet Temperature T5 Indicators (TIT) in accordance with VIH Aerospace, Inc. Master Drawing list 250-50149-00 Revision 00, Dated November 23, 2006, Transport Canada Approved July 13, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Operation must be in accordance with VIH Aerospace, Inc. Flight Manual Supplement V61-0614-FMS, Revision 01, dated April 10, 2006, Transport Canada approved November 23, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
2. This installation must be maintained in accordance with VIH Aerospace, Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, V61- 0614-ICA, Revision 00, dated April 10, 2006, Transport Canada accepted November 20, 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
