Installation of a Sea Anchor in accordance with DECA Aviation Modification Summary MS03217, Rev.1, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Cougar Helicopters Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS03217, Amendment 1, Transport Canada approved October 3, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
2. Maintenance to be in accordance with Cougar Helicopters Maintenance Manual Supplement no. MMS03217, Amendment 4 dated February 1, 2007 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
