Installation of the L-3 Aviation Products Lynx multilink surveillance system model NGT-9000() part number 9029000-20000 or Garmin GTX-345 ADS-B transponder part number 011-03302-40 in accordance with Master Drawing List (MDL) VAHS-1614-MDL, Revision NC, dated November 25, 2016, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Installation shall be maintained in accordance with Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services USA Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for the L-3 Aviation Products Lynx Multilink Surveillance System Model NGT-9000() Part Number 9029000-20000 and Garmin GTX-345 ADS-B Transponder Part Number 011-03302-40, Document Number VAHS-1614-ICA, Revision NC, dated October 31, 2016, or later FAA accepted revision.

4) Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS), Document Number VAHS-1614-FMS, Revision NC, dated December 9, 2016, or later FAA approved revision, or Document Number VAHS-1614-FMS1, Revision NC, dated December 9, 2016, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of the Garmin GTX-345 or L-3 NGT-9000() installation, respectively.
