The rotorcraft must be equipped with the Honeywell LTS101 engine in accordance with:
For AS350BA: FAA STC SR02295NY, or FAA STC SH5815SW, or FAA STC SR00805SE.
For AS350B: FAA STC SH5815SW.
For AS350B2: FAA STC SR02295NY, or FAA STC SR01647SE.
For AS350D: FAA STC SH5815SW, or FAA STC SR00772SE.
For AS350D1: TCDS H9EU
3. Operation is in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Flight Manual Supplement FMS-PA-06-039-91-01, Issue 1, Revision A, Transport Canada approved June 14, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
4. Maintenance is in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-PA-06-039- 05-01, Issue 2, Revision A, dated June 14, 2007, FAA accepted November 29, 2007 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
