This Certificate issued to ADS-B Technologies, LLC 900 Merrill Field Drive Anchorage, Alaska 99501 Part 27 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Installation of L-3 Communications Avionics Systems ESI-500 Standby Instrument System in accordance with ADS-B Technologies, LLC Master Data List, L3-ESI-500-MDL, Revision 0, dated May 23, 2017 or later FAA approved revision.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications .
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, L3-ESI-500-RFMS, Revision 0, dated May 23, 2017, or later FAA approved revision, is required on board the modified rotorcraft.
4) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, L3-EFI-650-ICA, Revision 0, dated November 12, 2016, or later FAA accepted revision is required as part of this installation.
