The installation of FLIR 8500 and/or Spectrolab SX-16 Observation Systems to be done in accordance with Master Drawing List VAS61-0612-MDL, Revision C, dated 22 June 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Operation must be in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement VAS61-0612-FMS, Revision C, dated 22 June 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Supplemental Instructions for Continued Airworthiness VAS61-0612-ICA, Revision B, dated 22 June 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
