1H15 Sikorsky S-61L, S-61N, S-61NM Description of Type Design Change : Removal of the Bendix 30E20-11-C 300 Amp Starter Generator and installation of the AMETEK Aerospace MG105A-1, 300 Amp Starter Generator in accordance with FAA Installation Instructions, Document No. CAR-702, Revision IR, dated April 29, 2013, or later FAA approved revisions. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. CAR-703, Revision IR, dated April 29, 2013, must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
Limitations and Conditions : The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this in stallation and any previous ly approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airwor thiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane mode l series only. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, th e holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
