The installation of Replacement Window Kits to be done in accordance with Dart Aerospace ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-D119- 755, Revision B, Dated May 09, 2008 Transport Canada approved May 09, 2008, or later Transport Canada approved revision..
1. Operation must be in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement, FMS – D119-755, Revision B, dated May 09, 2008, Transport Canada approved May 21, 2008, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Maintenance of the Replacement Window Kits must be performed in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D119-755, Revision 1, dated May 09, 2008, Transport Canada Accepted May 09, 2008, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
