Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of 9 Passenger Seating Configuration in accordance with Airwork Master Data List (MDL) STC.AW.1269 MDL, Revision 2, dated May 25, 2016, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. Maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) STC.AW.1269 ICA, Revision 4, dated March 15, 2017, or later FAA-accepted revision. Operated in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) STC.AW.1269 FMS, Revision 2, dated February 1, 2017, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the models listed above only.
This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. A copy of this certificate, the MDL, the ICA, and the RFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
