Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a Honeywell ASPIRE 200 SATCOM system in accordance with Master Drawing List (MDL) MOD-AS350ASPIRE200-5201, Revision B, dated July 12, 2017, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only.

This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. Rotorcraft must be maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) MOD-AS350ASPIRE200-7601, Revision A, dated May 23, 2017 or later FAA-accepted revision. Rotorcraft must be operated in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) MOD-AS350ASPIRE200-7101, Revision A, FAA-approved July 5, 2017, or later FAA- approved revision. A copy of this certificate, the ICA, and the RFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
