Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a 9 passenger seat configuration for side-facing seats in accordance with Drawing CCS61-9PAX-03, Revision -, dated October 1, 2017, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. Operate in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) CCS61-9PAX-RFMS, Revision A, dated May 23, 2017, or later FAA-approved revision. Maintain the 9 passenger seat configuration for side facing-seats in accordance with dependent Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SR02327AK, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness CA07-MB-002, Revision IR, dated May 5, 2008, or later FAA-accepted revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only.
This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.
