Installation of Freeflight Systems Radar Altimeter RA-4000 or RA-4500 System with optional FTG-410 Tone Generator in the MD Helicopter in accordance with Master Data List PHP-MDL-485, Revision A, dated March 21s, 2016 or later FAA-Approved revision.

The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the rotorcraft. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. The approval of this modification applies to the abovenoted aircraft model series only. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. (Continue of page 3)
