Maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document ICA-4206-001, Revision IR, dated October 4, 2017, for the 206A and 206B models, or ICA Document ICA-4206L-001, Revision IR, dated October 4, 2017, for the 206L model, or later FAA-accepted revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only.

This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.

A copy of this certificate, the applicable MDL, and the applicable ICA must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
