This system must be installed in accordance with Kawak Aviation Technologies Document KATI-IM-830, Revision A, dated April 26, 2018, or later FAA approved revision. Maintained in accordance with these Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Kawak Aviation Technologies Document KATI-MM-830, Revision A, dated April 19, 2023, or later FAA approved revision. Operated in accordance with FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement KATI-FM-830, Revision IR, dated May 18, 2018, or later FAA approved revision.
Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

A copy of this certificate, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product,the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis: The certification basis for this modification is in accordance withType Certificate Data Sheet R0011DE Revision 6 and R0015DE Revision IR.
