Description of the Type Design Change: Fabrication and installation of an internal fire retardant tank in accordance with Jordan Aircraft Services, Inc., Master Drawing List T6100, Revision C, dated March 16, 2018, or later FAA-approved revision. Inspect this firefighting tank installation in accordance with Croman Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document entitled S61A Internal Firefighting Tank System, document number CCS61A-Tank-1, Revision IR, dated May 30, 2018, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: This installation is limited to Sikorsky Model S-61A Serial Number 61161 only.
The modified rotorcraft must be operated in accordance with an FAA approved copy of Croman Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS), document RFMS-S61A-1, June 12, 2018, or later FAA-approved revision
A copy of this Certificate, ICA, and RFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
