2. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, FLIR Ultra 8500 Imaging System, Report No. IC02325 Rev. - dated July 31, 2010 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.

3. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. FM02325 Rev. – dated 12/14/2010 or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

1. LASER Operation is not FAA approved for civil operations. The LASER feature of the FLIR Ultra 8500 Imaging System is electrically disabled.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
