1. Installation of the Medical Litter System in accordance with LifePort, Inc. Master Drawing List for the LifePort MedDeck System Installed in the Agusta AB139 and A W139 per CF1-214, MDL-867-00 rev N dated 10/03/11, or later FAA approved revision.

1. LifePort, Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for the Dual Litter System Installation in the Agusta AB139 and AW139 Model Rotorcraft, EGR-867-12 rev B dated 08/17/2011 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.

2 . FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. EGR-867-11 rev A dated 10/28/2011 or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

3. This approval should not be incorporated in any aircraft of this specific model on which other approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously incorporated approved modification will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
