Master Drawing List 19-RDE-1021, Revision IR, dated October 17, 2019 or later FAA-approved revision. Maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Columbia Helicopters, Inc. Maintenance Manual Supplement C34-2/25-70-10, Revision 0, dated October 23, 2019 or later FAA-accepted Revision. Operated in accordance with the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) Number 23, Revision 0, dated November 18, 2019 or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the Columbia Helicopters Model 234, Serial Number MJ022 only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model. A copy of this certificate and RFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
