Installation of Aft Seat Shoulder Harness in accordance with Amtech Aeronautical Limited Master Data List MDL 361901 Revision 2, dated March 31, 2008, Transport Canada Approved April 11, 2008 or later TCCA approved revision.
1. This STC is limited to Sikorsky S-61N, Serial Numbers (S/N) 61491, 61757, 61761, and 61762 only.
2. Amtech Aeronautical Limited Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS361901 Revision 4, dated January 9, 2009, Transport Canada accepted January 12, 2009, or later TCCA accepted revision is required with this installation.
3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
5. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Sikorsky S-61N, Serial Numbers (S/N) 61491, 61757, 61761 and 61762. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
