Description of Type Design Change Installation of Aft Facing Seat in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Instructions as listed on AML No. SR02682NY.
1. Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness listed on AML No. SR02682NY is required with this installation.
2. A copy of this Certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR02682NY, amended March 17, 2009, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for this modified aircraft.
3. Supplemental Type Certificate SR01997NY is a prerequisite for this installation.
4. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
