The installation of the SkyTrax3 Asset Tracking System must be performed in accordance with Perimeter Aviation Modification Data Summary Drawing No. 252300, Issue A, dated July 25, 2008, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Perimeter Aviation Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness Drawing No. 252330, Revision B, dated January 26, 2009.
2. Perimeter Aviation Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Drawing No. 252390, Revision A, Transport Canada approved July 25, 2008 or later Transport Canada approved revision, is required.
3. VFR flight only when the SkyTrax3 unit is functioning.
4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
