Install Internal Cargo Handling System in accordance with Drawing List Report Number 2172, Revision E, dated February 5, 2009, or later FAA approved revisions.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2) An FAA approved cargo interior, compatible with this modification, must be installed on this aircraft. Aircraft must be loaded, with this cargo loading system installed, in accordance with the previously approved weight and balance or cargo loading instructions for this aircraft.
3) FAA Approved Supplement Flight Manual Number 50-20-18RFMS, Revision 0, dated January 27, 2009, or later FAA approved revisions, are required with this modification.
4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
